Leadership Program


Managers and leaders usually have excellent functional skills, but little structured training in how to actually do as the title suggests.

We offer a leadership training programme that consists of four half-day sessions and four 1-1 sessions. This structure helps imbed the learned changes, and also minimises disruption to business as usual. 


The four modules cover: 

  • Leadership of self: values, strengths, and blind spots 
  • Leadership of others: listening, feedback, handling conflict, coaching others, and influencing skills 
  • Creating Behaviour Change – hacking the science of habits to imbed positive leadership behaviours and support others to change 
  • Personal Effectiveness: time management, stress management, managing change, and keeping focused
